All sales at PuffDenim are final.
Because every pair is made to order with custom lace panel detailing, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To submit a claim, email puffdenimus@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A short description of the issue
Claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
